No, chance now for the january session.
For April session ,The exam authorities will release the official notification regarding the JEE Main April tentatively in the first week of February 2020. NTA will open the online registration from February 7 to March 7, 2020. The JEE Main 2020 for April session will be conducted from April 3 to 9 for paper 1 & paper 2 in online mode, except for the drawing part of Paper 2. All the papers of JEE Main exam will be conducted in computer based mode except for the drawing part of JEE Main Paper 2 which will be conducted in paper and pencil.

Dear candidate, I think you want to confirm about the registration of JEE MAINS. Sorry to inform you but the registration process for JEE MAINS January session has closed on 30th September. You can wait for the registration process to start again  for April session.

You didn't mention on which basis you want to ask your chances in JEE mains.
Still I am telling you if you get at least 75% in your class 12th then you will be eligible for having admission in NIT through JEE mains 2020 and if you are asking about chances for sitting in JEE mains 2020 then kindly mention the base on which I could tell you related.
