Hey Aspirant, You need to reapply in 12th in order to get good marks and that would result in complete year repeat. As you can give the improvement test of only 2 or 3 subjects else would result in complete year repeat and to secure good marks with full dedication start working on it. You would surely achieve your desire goal.
