No, the merit list for AP NEET UG 2021 Counselling is not released. The registration window for the counselling was closed on February 8, 2022 so the merit list will be prepared based on the merit of the candidate and will be released soon. The schedule for web options will be released in the due course. So you have to wait until then and please keep an eye on updates from time to time.
