No the application form is not required to be taken in the examination hall and you can access your results without any problem. There is no need to take the print out of the application form.  Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University, Hyderabad will announce the result of TS EAMCET 2021 on the official website - eamcet.tsche.ac.in. Candidates need their registration number, date of birth and hall ticket number to check TS EAMCET result 2021. The date for the release of the results are not yet declared.
