Siri, Arihant Publications are good books. But ideally you cannot rely on one book. Few good books apart from NCERT are:

Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday, Resnick and Walker

Understanding Physics by DC Pandey

Problems in General Physics by I.E.Irodov

Understanding Physics by Freedman and Young
