Yes, but strongly depends on individual factors such as a certain person’s preferences, a given institution’s regulations, the exact contents of your work or your personal values as  you can do Astrophysics after completing B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering but in India it will be tougher to get admission (age limitation and very less number of colleges/universities are available.
