The documents required for the KEA NEET verification:

  • Karnataka MBBS application form 2021

  • Karnataka MBBS application fee payment receipt

  • 2 passport size photographs of the candidate

  • NEET 2021 admit card

  • NEET-UG score card

  • SSLC / class 10 marksheet

  • 2nd PUC / class 12 marksheet

  • Candidate’s study certificate

  • Caste / caste income certificate

  • Domicile certificate

  • Rural study certificate for 10 years of study (for rural quota)

  • Kannada medium study certificate for 10 years of study (for Kannada medium quota)

  • Parent’s study/hometown/ domicile / employment / cumulative record / marksheet certificates.

There are no such instruction available for the attestation of document. I would recommend if you can read the brochure of counselling, it would be immensely helpful.

Candidates who seek admission should compulsorily produce and carry the
prescribed documents in ORIGINAL with ONE set of attested photocopies of all the original
documents as per their eligibility. The candidate should compulsorily bring all necessary original
documents in support of their claim when they come for verification without fail. Does this mean self attested?

Peddi Abhishek Self attested means that the xerox of the original you will submit need to be signed by you which is a record that knowing that the document is true you have submitted it.
