Is automobile engineering is different from mechanical engineering or both are same

Hi Aditya ,

Automobile Engineering is a branch of mechanical engineering .which deals mostly with automoble ,whereas in mechaMecha deals with all machine and design and then many more basics .in automobile you will learn ic engine , vehicle dynamic , kinematics , etc in detail. 

In mechanical you will llearn about all the machine and it's design .various manufacturing process etc..
