HELLO CANDIDATE,

BALLB ADMISSION IS PREDOMINANTLY BASED ON ENTRANCE EXAM FOR TOP COLLEGES. HOWEVER, THERE ARE SOME PRIVATE COLLEGES, OFFER BALLB WITHOUT ENTRANCE. UNIVERSITY OF PETROLEUM AND ENERGY STUDIES AND TEERTHANKAR MAHAVEER UNIVERSITY, BOTH UNIVERSITIES OFFER BALLB PROGRAM WITHOUT ENTRANCE EXAM.

THANK YOU. FEEL FREE TO ASK FOR MORE INFORMATION.

Hello,

BA LLB admission is primarily through competitive entrance exams (like CLAT, AILET, and SLAT) for top colleges, but some private universities offer direct admission based on 12th-grade merit or management quota seats. Here in this article more context about law programs.

I hope it will clear your query!!

Hello,

BA LLB admissions in India are primarily entrance exam-based, but some universities also allow direct merit-based admission depending on their policies.

Here are the Admission Pathways for BA LLB:

Entrance Exam-Based Admissions (Most Common)

1. National-Level Exams

  • CLAT (Common Law Admission Test)
  • AILET (All India Law Entrance Test)
  • SLAT (Symbiosis Law Admission Test)
  • CUET (Common University Entrance Test)

2. Direct / Merit-Based Admissions (Limited Options)

Hello,

Yes, BA LLB admission is based on an entrance exam. One must crack national/state law entrance exams, like CLAT, SLAT, AILET, to get into top law colleges or Universities. Some state law universities have heir own entrance test like DU Law Entrance Exam, CUET BA LLB, TS LAWCET and some others. The syllabus consists of logical reasoning, legal reasoning, current affairs and English. After completing this degree can you get into law firms and become lawyer, judge, legal advisor etc.

Thank you.

Hello aspirant,

Although some private universities offer direct admission based on 12th marks or management quota, these aren't typically the most reputable institutions; entrance exams are the norm for high-quality legal education. For top colleges, BA LLB admission is primarily through entrance exams like CLAT, AILET, and LSAT India.

Thank you
