Yes! A student from Bihar board of open schooling and examination (BBOSE) are eligible for admission in any course in india .

As BBOSE is a recognized board,  so even for b.sc nursing you can apply in  any private or government colleges .

You must meet the eligibility criteria in 12th borad Mark's .
