Yes,bc-b is a reserved caste which can be applicable only in the state board committe of all the states in India .

And for the bc-b category will not be considered for the national examinations and national reservation only the BC will be taken as reservation

For your kind information BC b is a reserved category in most of the states but still central government has a different list of reserved category castes so for the central level you have to check that list also. Sometimes there is a slight variation in caste list
