yes you can do, in fact i have few of my friends with B Com background joined MCA along with me during my PG and they have shined well in their career too. The only hurdle would be the institute that you chose, they should not consider your UG as barrier to provide you seat for MCA.

But in case you want to prepare yourself to compete other students with Computers background, you better start doing any courses, get help in any one of your circle who works in IT, they may be your better help than any courses.

MCA Eligiblity Criteria -

Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or equivalent with Computer Science/ Computer Application/ IT/ Mathematics/ Statistics or equivalent at Graduation or higher level.

OR

Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent at 10+2 level.
