Yes of course, if you complete your B.Com from Hansraj College it will be very valuable ofr you as this college comes under the aegis of Delhi University which is well known for it's quality education.

Note that you have to complete your graduation with at least 50% marks in case of General category and 45% in case of other reserve categories. After this you will be eligible to clear the CAT exam for getting seat into MBA course.
