The answer depends on your a abilities and interests. Bachelor of commerce mostly comprises of Subjects of Accountancy, economics, business mathematics, business statistics, business law, corporate law, macro and micro economics, company law, income tax law, corporate accounting, business economics etc.

So, it totally depends on whether you are interested in these sort of subjects. However, for a class 12 student of commerce with math, bcom won't be very difficult. You will learn new things in the subjects you previously studied.
