Well BE and B.Tech are not the same,some colleges provide you with B Tech degree while other give you BE.Both the degrees in term of value are same

But the difference is the course of study

While BTech is practical oriented and BE is more of theory oriented

Coming to the subject

CSE and IT are different by their course of study

Computer branch is the main branch and IT is the sub part of it.

IT mainly related its study with application if a system

While CS deals with the science that facilitates it
