Hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
In most of the exam centres, they provide you with their own pens and scribble pads.
But if it is written in the examination admit card, that you should only carry a black pen, then you must carry only black ballpoint pen.

Well jee advanced is being conducted in 2019 in online mode only so you dont need to worry about blue or black pen it will be required for rough work only,though they are required in mains JEE mains examination Authorities provide their own pen. And JEE advanced is online this time, so it didn't matter which pen one used, as it is only For Rough work.
