You only need to go to the exam center.Rest of all will be provided by the center itself.You will be provided both a pen and a pad for solving so don' worry.And regarding your T-shirt,printed T-shirt is allowed but try to wear a simple T-shirt that will help you.Otherwise they will check taking much time.I will advice you to wear simple dress and don't carry any pen or anything with you.
