Yes , both the slips are same. If you have received any verification slip during your document verification , it is the same that will be available on the website under your portal. There must be server problem due to overload , it will be downloaded after some time. But both of them are same , you can use this slip for any other exam also other than NEET , if you are applying in Kerala , and if the exam needs document verification.
