I'll suggest you to pursue B.Sc Chemistry Bangalore as this city has some great colleges that are among the top colleges of India. 

Bangalore being an IT hub will also give you immense opportunity to grab a good job in MNC.

Bangalore will also provide you with a better college/hostel life and night life as well in comparison to that of Kolkata.
