No,instead of it you have to make it easy for you.You need to have strong mathematics in class 12th level and you need to develop logic when a problem needs to be solved.

You can do CSE if you are well enough to apply logics into the problems.As of now you need to focus on your 11th and 12th.

If your base of 11th and 12th is perfect then Btech is quite easy else it is a very difficult course to pursue.In 1st year all subject are of 11th and 12th.so prepare your 11th and 12th.
