Booning feilds like Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking are the best specializations too choose in Btech.

These are completely different domains and may be I can say different subjects which have nothing to do with Btech domains.

But choosing an easy course in Btech. like IT Or CSE which doesn't include much of problematic interpretations makes it easier to get along with the opted specializations.

So yes, IT is a good choice but you can also choose any UG course.

It is important to have a Bachelor's degree IT or CSE to become an Ethical Hacker. The basic requirement for cyber security and ethical hacking as a career is knowledge of computer programming languages. CSE would be a better choice as its syllabus covers topics that are needed for ethical hacking more briefly. But IT is also a good option.
