I would suggest you to go for indian medical colleges rather than foreign. if you want to pursue mbbs as a career in india , you need to appear in fmgc exam which is  the license exam for mbbs degree holder of indian students from foreign country. and its difficulty level is really high. and to get a foreign mbbs degree fees structure is also high. hope you get my point.
