Both are the good courses & has own value in its fields. It depends on your interest & capability.

B.Sc Agriculture is a broad-based course that deals with production of food and horticultural crops, rearing of farm animals, agricultural extension, rural economy and rural development, working with farmers, environmental health, etc.
The scope is good you can have the opportunities in  government as well as private sector.

Veterinary courses have also good scope & demand is increasing day by day but in other countries.

You can choose B.Sc Agriculture as per your interest.
