Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that yes Canada is a very good option if you are willing to pursue your masters in ECE domain. There are ample amount of opportunities for engineers in electrical and communication domain in Canada. But, for pursuing masters in Canada, it is advisable to you to gain some work experience in your field first. It will also increase your chances for getting top universities in Canada since your profile will look pleasing to the universities.
