No you cannot directly participate in the round 2 of Bihar NEET 2021 counselling. There is no registration for participating in the second round. Last date to submit the application form was January 22, 2022. To participate in both the rounds candidate needs to submit the application on or before the last date. The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is the authority that conducts the admissions for Bihar MBBS/BDS 2021.
