for the aiims basic registration form that is for paar

there is no need to have caste certificate simply by mentioning on the asked column you can enter it

but after clearing this exam at the time of document verification you need to show your original caste certificate issued by the government.

In basic registration of AIIMS,you just have to fill the  category column and certificate will be required at the time of admission only so if you belong to any category then you make sure that you should have a category certificate.i hope this information helps you.
