Hello Kiran!

Accordingto the NTA guidelines candidates are supposed to wear light clothes. There should be no metallic objects objects attached to your clothes. Also, don't wear any bracelets, watch, necklace, earrings or belt. Wear slippers or low-heeled sandals.

As of checked shirt, it is preferable not to wear anything with buttons on it. While there is no restriction over the colour or pattern of the cloth, buttons on it might create some problem. So it is advisable that you don't wear a shirt. Rather wear a T-shirt.

Yes, check shirts are allowed as long as they are not questionable or some vague things are not printed on it. As per suggested norms, full sleeved clothes should be avoided for any kind of hassle. You should go through the dress code for neet once properly to avoid any inconvenience.
