Dear Aspirant
I would like to tell you that civil engineer syllabus in different institute is almost same. At least all the core subject of the branch is same, although you will find names of subject varies but it occupy almost same topic, so you don't have to worry about and whatever core required to be a good civil engineer will definitely taught in syllabus of almost all colleges. Only some subject which has been taken from other department are different and which are non core.
