Class 12th mark sheet and passing certificate are not the exact records.

The mark sheet indicates the scores achieved by you in the tests.

The passing certificate declares that you have qualified for your assessment and are desirable for higher studies and registration in colleges or institutions.

Few of the records have both the achievements and the aforementioned declaration. This document can be used as a passing certificate and mark sheet.
