If you have paid the CLAT counselling fee and you wish to withdraw there is only one way to do so and rupees 10,000 will be deducted from your counselling fee and the rest will be refunded back to you.

However, if you do not wish to pay the counselling fee you will lose the chance to get admission in NLUs of your choice as your name will be dropped from the admission merit list and this can be done intentionally or can happen by mistake.
