As far as the numbers are concerned, nearly 47.30 lakhs of students enrol in Science stream every year in India after completing 10th board exams. While 40.30 lakhs of students enrol in Commerce stream every year in India. So, clearly more number of students study in Science stream rather than Commerce stream presently.
