as per the latest guidelines of the NDA and the updated syllabus of NEET UG 2019 the chapter on communication system is no longer included under the purview of the syllabus of Neet 2019 and thus you should not expect questions to be asked on this chapter as of now
if you could go to the previous years questions have to just be aware of what kind of questions have been asked on the chapter in case then I touch something related to it just out of the box but as per strictly it is not included in the syllabus
