in most colleges you will not find communicative english as one of the elective subjects if you are doing your Bachelor of Arts with a major or honours in English Literature. You may then take it as a vocational subject if your college offers the course. If you are doing B.A. in some other arts subject other than English you might be able to study communicative english as an elective subject, provided your college offers that facility/course system.
