Yes, in order to verify all of the category certificates, you would need a non-creamy layer certificate to be admitted to medical colleges through that particular category. If only the SC, ST or OBS certificates are accepted in the admission process. But first, you'll need a category certificate to get a non-creamy layer certificate.

Make sure you would have that certificate to avoid any minute problems.
