Yes it will be accepted but it should be in proper format. It should be a government approved certificate. That should be a digital copy of original certificate. A proper copy can be submitted. ALL THE BEST. Hope the answer was helpful.

If the non-creamy layer OBC certificate is being signed district magistrate of your district either digitally or physically, then it should be valid during the time of counselling of NEET. It would have been more better if the certificate was signed physically just to avoid any risks. But, digitally signed is valid for counselling.
