You are comparing two different courses which offers a career in completely different genres. Now CA is a tough course & it usually takes quite a good amount of time. But CSE is usually a 4 years course & one can pass it if he/she is attentive in studies & are interested in coding. After CSE there is quite good positions available in IT companies.

CA's also get a very good scope in corporate sectors & Business consulting firms but the only difference is clearing CA in 1st attempt is not very usual.

Now its your choice & you should decide based on your interest & skill.
