CSE is a blend of specializations which can help you explore diverse subjects or fields in computer science whereas CSE in AI specialization is designed to the who has a bit of interest in AI and no interest in other specialization (i.e who decided to pursue there career's in the field of AI).

I suggest you to pick CSE in Ai specialization only if you decided to spend your next 4 years and your industry life completely on building AI applications.
