Both Computer Science and Technology(CST) and Computer Science and Engineering(CSE) are on the same level in terms of placements. Basically saying CST deals with more on a technological aspects of a software while CSE mainly deals with the algorithms and logics behind a certain software. So most of the time placements opportunities are same. Also almost all the syllabus are same for both the courses. However it may sometime depend on the college or company that you are referring to.
