Yes, diploma students can attend KL University by taking the APECET admission exam.  APECET is for diploma holders seeking admission to the second year of B.Tech programs (lateral entrance).  If you pass the APECET, you can apply to KL University for engineering courses.  Make sure you match the eligibility requirements, such as holding a diploma in engineering or technology.
