Government college is always better than private college for maximum courses not only for BAMS alzo for any other medical course.
Number of patients and actual teaching quality of staff matters for actual learning in BAMS course.So, a good base is important in every way for which government is best.But as far as opportunities are concerned its totally upto the fact that how good you are, though if you will have good base that you get in govt college you will definitely get better opportunities.
