Doing mbbs from abroad is not safe as once you go out in other country you cannot come back in india as you have to qualify an exam to make ur degree eligible in india and get urself registered in mci. So you have to qualify that exam to be in india. The respect that you get in india is at par level as compared to other countries. So i would say to be in india and study
