Totally not, The du-jat exam is for admissions to the Delhi university colleges offering BMS/BBE/BFIA

Also

A candidate who has completed the higher secondary education from a recognised board(cbse,icse,other boards) is eligible to apply and appear in DU JAT 2019. An aspiring test taker should obtain a minimum of 60 percent in four papers including English, Mathematics and other two subjects from the list of elective subjects as approved by the University of Delhi.

You can calculate the best of four marks and check if it is above 60 percent or not
