Dear Ravi, EBC reservation is for those Candidates who belong to General Category and who do not avail any benefits pertaining to OBC, SC,ST reservations. These are the Candidates whose family income from all sources is less than 8 lakhs per annum. So EBC certificate is applicable for General Category Students who fulfil this criteria.
