Yes definitely ECE is good course too. As in ECE too there are programming languages too. And you be a developer too after taking ECE. After taking ECE you can choose to other branches like cs, it, eee, machatronics, cn but when u go to cs then it suited to go to computer field only not Electronics. All the best.
