CSE is definitely better from jobs point of view, take any college ,only CSE students gets the best packages, and they the best percentage of placements too.
While ECE companies are too low in number , and these studentd gernakky prefer govt jobs or THEY take coding jobs in an IT companies only.
But i would suggest dont take branches in the basis of placement opportunities but rather your interest.
