Is entering roll number for 12th appearing students is mandatory in neet application form and new photo /application form can be edited

Hi there. 

It will be better if you put up the roll number of your Class XII boards examination. This roll number might act as your identity proof during the counselling process hence it is absolutely necessary to enter the roll number and other required information. 

Moreover, the correction window will be open from January 19 to January 31, 2019. During the correction window candidates won't be able to change their category, gender, nationality, State eligibility and Pwd status but surely be able to change other details.

Hence, application forms can be further edited only during correction window.
