• So the latest news is that EWS (Economically Weaker Section) certificate is giing to be applicable from this year 2019 20 admissions through NEET .
• On instructions of the Government of India, 10 per cent EWS quota reservation will be applicable in MBBS admissions through NEET UG.
• Reservation would be provided on increased seats approved by MCI. The qualifying percentile for EWS category is same as that for the unreserved categories which is 50 percentile.
• The Counselling authorities have been directed to identify institutes which would be providing EWS quota reservation and conduct counselling for these seats as a separate category. 
• So if you have ews certificate you may have equally fair chances
