yes, EWS quota is applicable in TSEAMCET 2020 counselling procedure, but make sure you follow the following guidelines to be a part of EWS Quota:

• family income must be less than 8 lpa
• house must be under 1000 sqft
• must be owning less than 5 acres agricultural land

Also, do not forget to carry EWS certificate, it would be beneficial for you.
