Yes, EWS is applicable in NEET State Counselling for the state of West Bengal. As per the norm of 10% EWE Reservation, many colleges in West Bengal had an increment of 25/50 seats under the Quota except for Medical College Kolkata and NRS Medical College. Around 450 EWS seats have been added in West Bengal this year totalling for all colleges.
