Hello there

First chapter of class 11 is some basic concepts of chemistry  .In my personal view I don't think so that it is tougher then any other chapters . It is a bit lengthy although .I feel chapter 2 is more tough . In chap 1 go through the concepts like molality ,molarity ,mass percentage ,empirical formula etc .You can get youtube lecture on this chapters easily . For any other queries comment below .
